Iain brings to LaBella over two decades of experience in the kitchen and commercial fit-out industry. Prior to leading La Bella Kitchens, Iain served for 10 years as General Manager at New Zealand’s largest kitchen manufacturer, where he helped shape the operations of one of the country’s most respected brands.

With an additional five years as General Manager and Commercial Manager of a leading commercial fit-out company, Iain has a deep understanding of project delivery, operational excellence, and the finer details that make exceptional spaces possible.

Known for his eye for refining processes and his down-to-earth leadership style, Iain combines precision with a people-first approach. Whether working with clients, teams, or trade partners, he brings a calm, solutions-focused energy that helps turn great ideas into beautiful, functional realities.

Louise Robertson

Creative Director 

Louise Robertson is the Creative Director at La Bella Kitchens, bringing over 20 years of design expertise from both London and New Zealand. With a passion for crafting beautiful, functional spaces, Louise has built a reputation for thoughtful, timeless kitchen design.

Her talent and creativity have been nationally recognized—Louise is a two-time winner of kitchen design on The Block NZ, a testament to her ability to deliver innovative, standout spaces under pressure.

Louise blends her global design perspective with a warm, approachable style. Clients love her intuitive understanding of their needs, her collaborative process, and her flair for turning everyday spaces into something extraordinary.

Simon Barrett

Cabinet Maker 

With 25 years of hands-on experience in kitchen installation and cabinetmaking, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge, precision, and craftsmanship to every project. For the past 13 years, he’s been an integral part of the La Bella Kitchens team. Known for his attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Simon ensures every installation runs smoothly and to the highest standard. You’ll often see him on-site, where his expertise and dedication make a real difference.

Jude Clayton

Cabinet Maker 

Jude is a talented cabinetmaker at La Bella Kitchens, working in cabinetry production and taking care of factory maintenance. He began his career with an apprenticeship at La Bella and, over the past five years, has become fully BCITO qualified through the company. You’ll also see Jude out on-site, lending his skills during kitchen installations.

Chris Krissansen

Cabinet Maker 

With over seven years of experience installing kitchens, Chris has a passion for turning plans into beautifully finished spaces. At La Bella Kitchens, he focuses on getting every detail right—from installing cabinetry to ensuring everything works smoothly. Known for his commitment to quality and reliability, Chris takes pride in delivering results that leave clients completely satisfied.
